Prof Hao Jihui, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of TMUCIH, and Executive Chair of this congress, stated that as the host institution, TMUCIH has demonstrated the mature paradigm of the "Tianjin Solution." The hospital is home to Asia's largest breast cancer prevention and treatment research center and holds a leading position nationwide in breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and research. The hospital has established China's first independent breast oncology specialty hospital, handling over 500,000 outpatient visits annually and performing more than 10,000 surgeries each year. It has achieved an integrated management model of "single disease, multidisciplinary, and whole-cycle care," allowing patients to complete imaging, pathology, surgery, internal medicine, radiotherapy, psychological support, and other services on a single platform from initial diagnosis to rehabilitation, effectively breaking down disciplinary barriers.
