World Cancer Day is an international day observed every 4 February to raise awareness about cancer, encourage its prevention, and mobilize action to address the global cancer epidemic. The day is led by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and was established in the year 2000. The theme for World Cancer Day campaign 2025-2027 is “United by Unique”.

In support of UICC’s call to action for World Cancer Day, Prof. Daiming Fan, President of China Anti-Cancer Association (CACA), has contributed a video message to inspire real change and hope on this important day for the global health community.
