Prof. Guolan Gao, M.D. Trainer. Since the graduation from the West China University of Medical Science in 1984, Dr. Guolan Gao has been working on the clinic practice, the medical education and the research on the Gynecologic Oncology. As a member of the first session of Doctor Service Group organized by Organization Department, CCCPC and Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, she was appointed to hold a temporary leading post to gain experience in Jiangxi province and then was employed as the special talent by the government. As the president of Jiangxi Tumor Hospital, Dr. Gao proposed three pieces of innovation for the hospital during 2000 ~ 2005, which eventually made the hospital win the advanced unit of health innovation in Jiangxi province and the model of health innovation in China. The innovation was recorded in Concising Soldiers and Administration which reflects the innovation for the governmental organization of China. And it was also reported more than 200 times by 30 media such as CCTV, People’s Daily and so on. Since working in the medical college of Nanchang University in 2003, as a leader, she has been working hard at strengthening the building and theory of the Party, the merge of Jiangxi Medical College with Nanchang University and the education for keeping the Party advanced. She was elected as the representative of the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party, the Sixth National Congress of Association of Chinese Science and Technology and the Nineth National Congress of Chinese Femme. And I have won 18 kinds of honour such as National May 1 Medal, National March 8th Red-banner Pacesetter, etc.
