It¨s our great honor to extend warm welcome to all participants from the world to 2011 Asia-Pacific Conference of Tumor Biology and Medicine held in Shanghai, China, on October 13th-16th, 2011, which is sponsored by Committee of Tumor Marker, Chinese Anti-Cancer Association and Medical & Health Engineering Division of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, hosted by Changzheng Hospital, Second Military Medical University.Clinical Oncology is a rapidly developing discipline. Current markers for tumor diagnosis, personalized medicine and translational medicine is very active. Along with the rapid development of tumor biology and cancer genomics studies, some new tumor markers have been found. And these molecular markers play important roles in early cancer diagnosis, prognosis assess and targeted therapies. Along with the development of tumor biology industry and translational medicine, the application of novel tumor markers to guide targeted therapy and individual treatment of cancer become an important subject area.
The meeting will invite the well-known academic oncologists to give us excellent reports and comuunication.At the same time, China-USA Forum of Translational Medicine and Biology Industry will held in Xi¨an.
