On November 24, 2009, Prof. Malcolm A Moore, Head of the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) visited the CACA and received a warm reception of the leadership of the CACA. Prof. Zhang Guangchao, General-Secretary, Prof. Wang Ying, Deputy Secretary-General, Dr. Zhang Lijun, Secretary of External Communication Department and Prof. Chen Kexin, Head of the Breast Cancer Department Project met the guest.

　　Prof. Zhang introduced the activities and the cooperative situation with UICC. Prof. Chen briefly introduced the Breast Cancer Screening Project. “It is so impressive that the CACA could carry out such a scaled program for Chinese national with limited budget.” Prof. Moore mentioned.

　　After the discussion, the gurest went through the offices of the CACA. He showed great interest in the CACA bulletin and magazines. Prof. Hao Xishan, President of the CACA met Prof. Moore. They outlined the future cooperative frame between the CACA and the UICC. The also focused on the method of improving the mechanism of cancer research and prevention in China.
